I am unable to accept a family invite in Microsoft 365. I am using a brand new Microsoft Lenovo computer.
Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
You can ask the owner, meaning the person who pays for the subscription, to send a new invite.
As already pointed out by paulr0511, it would help if you stated the exact error message you see.
