Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Rustam,
Since you have already created a temporary tenant, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to create a support ticket on behalf of your previous tenant with Microsoft:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using an administrator account of the temporary tenant
- Select Help & support from the navigation menu.
- Turn off the Support Assistant toggle at the top of the support pane.
- Use the keyword "Support" to quickly bypass automated suggestions > Select Contact Support.
- In the ticket description, please provide a clear and detailed explanation of the issue.
Also, you can include in the ticket description information such as:
- Tenant name/domain
- Affected administrator account
- Microsoft 365 subscription details
- Proof of tenant/domain ownership
- Billing or subscription-related verification information
- Any organizational documents requested by the recovery team
so the Data Protection team can help verify your tenant ownership and assist with recovering access to the Global Administrator account.
I hope these steps help you create a support ticket successfully and move closer to regaining access to your administrator account. While I’m not able to intervene directly, guiding you to the right support team is the most effective help I can provide here.
Hope you're able to get this resolved soon.
