If you purchased the Surface Pro directly from the Microsoft Store, you can generally return an eligible physical product within 60 days of receiving it, provided it is in like-new condition and returned with the original packaging and included accessories. You can check whether your order is eligible for a return from your Microsoft account under Order History. If you see “Request a return”, you can initiate the return there.
