My Microsoft account says my subscription is current but Outlook and other Office products continue to show I have to reactivate my account and then say I do NOT have a current subscription.

If your Microsoft account shows the Microsoft 365 Basic subscription as active, you should first check that Outlook and the other Office apps are signed in with that exact same account.

You can also go to Microsoft account > Services & subscriptions and confirm the subscription is listed there. If it is, try signing out of Office completely, restart the PC, then sign back in.

If it still says you need to reactivate, run the Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooter. It can help clear activation issues when the subscription is active but Office isn't recognizing it.
