Authenticator does not send prompts to open a file sent by email. It only sent me 8-digit TOTP codes instead of 6-digit codes to open the file. I found a workaround to get 6 code, but it will not accept this 6-digit code. I still cann ot open my files! How should I link my Mac to my authenticator on iPhone so I can open my files?
