- Put the earbuds into pairing mode and make sure they are discoverable. If needed, check the earbud manufacturer’s instructions.
- On Windows 11, turn on Bluetooth:
- Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon on the taskbar.
- Turn Bluetooth on.
- Try pairing from Windows:
- Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon on the taskbar.
- Open the Manage Bluetooth devices chevron on the Bluetooth quick setting.
- Look under New devices and select the earbuds.
- Complete any prompts, then select Done.
- If the earbuds still do not appear, change device discovery:
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, change it to Advanced.
- Search again.
- Check common causes:
- Make sure the earbuds are charged.
- Keep them close to the PC.
- Turn the earbuds off, wait a few seconds, then turn them back on.
- Make sure Airplane mode is off.
- If the earbuds are near a USB 3.0 device, move them farther away because interference can affect Bluetooth.
- If the earbuds were previously paired, remove and add them again:
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Select More options for the problem device > Remove device > Yes.
- Then pair the earbuds again.
- If Windows 11 still cannot find them, run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app.
