Hello,

someone tried to login to my account and blocked it. Unfortunately i lost access to the telephone number i had assigned email to and honestly a remember so faintly the details. But truth is everything important was attached to the email. What do i do, is there a live service or something? Because account recovery didn't work out...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As well as the information already posted I also wanted to mention that support would be unable to assist with account recovery. However, the account recovery form that you've already tried is specifically designed to help you remember information from your account. The more you fill it out the more you'll remember.

Use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper first. It is the primary path for blocked Microsoft accounts and can either guide through self-help steps or offer the chance to talk to an agent.

If the account is blocked because of unusual sign-in activity, start here: Sign-in Helper

If the normal recovery form already failed:

    1. Try the recovery process again with as much accurate information as possible. Microsoft allows recovery attempts up to two times per day.
    2. If the recovery request was unsuccessful and the extra security information is no longer recognized, use the Sign-in Helper instead of relying only on the recovery form.
    3. If the username/password stopped working, use Recover your account and enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name tied to the account. If the address is not recognized, try another alias or phone number that was on the account.
    4. If the account may have been compromised, run a full antivirus scan on the PC before changing or resetting the password. In Windows Security: Virus and threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
    5. If the account is still inaccessible, use Contact Microsoft Support and select Get Help, then Contact Support for the best available support option.

    Important limits:

    • Microsoft support agents cannot send password reset links or directly change account details.
    • If the account recovery form was denied, it can still be retried, but only up to two times per day.
