Hello, my Microsoft word was working for at least 3 years. I didn't come up on an anniversary or anything like that. Its all of a sudden stopped working and says its an unlicensed product. I can only view and print my documents. How do I fix this without buying a new product key. I shouldn't have to. I need access to this application, and I am frustrated.

    1

    Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your Office licence/subscription then recognized correctly.

    2

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, is your Office licence listed correctly there, or if that is a subscription, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    3

If you do not find your Office licence/subscription linked to your account on that link.

    Open Word.

    Go to File - Account.

Please provide a screenshot of that window and if your Email address appears in the screenshot, please hide it.
