    Hello,

May I please know when was the last time you were able to sign in with your @hotmail.com account successfully?

According to the Microsoft account activity policy, if you haven't signed in with your Microsoft account for more than 2 years, your account will be put into an inactive state and will be closed.

You cannot even use the Account Recovery form to recover your account.

    Note-

Unfortunately, a permanently deleted email address cannot be recovered or recreated due to Microsoft's security policies.
