A Microsoft app for iOS and Android devices that enables authentication with two-factor verification, phone sign-in, and code generation
Dear @Anas dabbour
Unfortunately, you can't restore the Microsoft Authenticator app yourself if it was signed out and you no longer have access to the verification method required to sign in. Since this is a university account, you will need to contact your university's IT Help Desk / Microsoft 365 administrator and ask them to reset your MFA authentication methods. They can then help you register Microsoft Authenticator again. If you have another verification method available (for example, SMS, phone call, security key, or another registered device), select “Sign in another way” on the sign-in screen and use that method.
Best regards,
Bence
