How to fix an unresponsive question mark?

Hi, I'm not normally one to ask questions as I prefer using the internet for help, but the answers that have been given aren't working for me. As the title says, my question mark key doesn't work. I know this isn't a problem with the forward slash key nor the shift key as both work independently on their own. If I activate sticky keys, I can use the question mark, but this is an admittedly annoying work-around and I wanted to see if I could tackle this issue head on.

I have uninstalled my drivers and allowed for reconfiguration, to no avail. My keyboard's language is in the UK's English, originally in the US's but neither work with the corresponding question mark key (without the use of sticky keys.)

Having seen an official response on another thread, I will state that I do not have NVidia graphics on my laptop. I also have Windows 11.

    If the question mark key is only working with Sticky Keys enabled, that usually indicates the keyboard is not recognizing simultaneous key presses on that key.

    In the Settings App, ensure the Filter Keys setting is disabled.

    Open Command Prompt, then paste in this command and press Enter:

    msdt.exe -id KeyboardDiagnostic

    Run that Keyboard Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.

    If the problem is still not resolved:

    Connect another external keyboard to your system, is that key working correctly on that keyboard?
