The Let's prove you're human screen does not work in Edge

When I get the Let's prove you're human screen it has an indecipherable graphic and a grey box below it that says above "Press and hold the button.". Mousing over the grey box changes the shade of grey and pressing and holding the left mouse button does nothing. Switching to a private Edge window does not help. I cannot verify my suspended account that I set up inside of ChatGPT with the Outlook plugin. I used it once and it came back suspended and I have no means to fix the problem.

If you are going to work with OpenAI for an Outlook plugin for AI agents then at least make it work. If I can't resolve this I'll switch to Gmail and send OpenAI support an email requesting they remove support for Outlook.

    I understand that the verification control appears as an unreadable graphic and grey box in Edge, and holding the box does not respond. Since InPrivate mode did not help, disconnect from Wi-Fi and retry using a mobile hotspot or cellular data, as changing networks may allow this verification to complete.

    Please also confirm:

    1. Is the suspended account an Outlook.com/Microsoft account or a ChatGPT/OpenAI account registered with an Outlook email address?
    2. What website address is displayed when the verification page appears? Please share only the domain and remove any personal information.
