Cannot sign in to Microsoft account using passkeys

Hello,

I am trying to sign in to my Microsoft account have changed my password, but when I click sign in the following comes on the screen face, fingerprint pin or security key your device will open security key, and the box just sits there.

Can some help me get signed in to my account

    The issue is fixed download the Microsoft Authenticator app on android phone and it worked can sign in fine.

    1. You mentioned that you changed your password. Did you change it before attempting to log in, or afterwards in an attempt to resolve the issue?
    2. Are you unable to select the other options, such as Password or Facial Recognition?

    Are you experiencing this issue on the Windows lock screen, in a Microsoft app, or on a Microsoft website?

    • If it is a website, try using a different browser.
