Cannot log in to my microsoft administation

Trying to log in to the microsoft administration page for our company, by using the Authenticator app. I have got a new phone, and cannot log on the app to confirm its me. What do I do??

Just so I can try and help, I have a few questions for you:

Please can you tell me if you have another administrator on your tenant?

On your old phone, did you ever sign into your account to back-up your credentials and accounts on the Microsoft Authenticator app?

Have you got the same type of phone as your old phone (What I mean is, is your new phone running the same OS as your old phone -- Android or iOS)?

Depending on the answers to the questions, will depend on what your available next steps are.

IF no other Global Administrator in your tenant, then you should connect MS Support.

If you have partner relationship and you have granted delegation to , they can help.
