Subscription Information
I renewed my Micosoft 365 personal subscription on August 22, 2026, yet I keep getting emails saying to update my payment information and that my account has not been renewed. Can ANYONE please help me here?

It can be due to one of hundreds of resons.
Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
If it is indicated your payment has been processed correctly and the expiry date on your subscription is correctly, you can safely ignore that Email.
