hello

It appears that I have two accounts

2/ [PII redacted]

I have recently been charged £84.99 by Apple for Microsoft 365 - but I already have a subscription with Microsoft which renews each December.

I am not sure why this has happened ... in July my Excel and Word disappeared from my laptop and I spent a long time trying to rectify it with Microsoft support - she said I had two accounts. Nothing has changed for me.. I have had always had both of these email addresses.

Anyway, I went into Apple and they told me to contact you and cancel my upcoming renewal subscription ...I obviously dont want to me paying twice.

Please kindly therefore cancel it moving forward as it appears that I pay for it through Apple.

Please confirm asap.

    See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription . If one subscription was ordered via a third-party, you have to cancel via that same third-party. See the Important section in the article (the screen shot below is from the article).

    No one here can cancel your subscription; we are all just other users. You need to log into the Apple-related account and cancel it yourself.

    Open Word on your Mac.

    On the top menu, click Worde - About Word.

    On the resulting dialog box, in the Belongs To section, you should see the Email address of the Microsoft account currently used for the Microsoft 365 subscription.

    Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, are you able to find two separate subscriptions to Microsoft 365 listed?
