Dear @Chompunut Rueangrit,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. It helps clarify the issue significantly.

Based on the error message shown, the account is being successfully authenticated, so this does not appear to be a sign-in, password, MFA, or mobile application problem. The error occurs after authentication, when Business Central checks the licenses assigned to the user account.

This suggests that your account either:

  • Does not currently have a Business Central license assigned.
  • Has a license assigned, but it is not a license type that grants access to Business Central.
  • Has not been properly assigned permissions to the Business Central environment.

Since the same error occurs on both Android and iPad, the evidence points more toward a licensing or user-assignment issue rather than a problem with the mobile applications themselves.

I would recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 or Business Central administrator and asking them to verify:

  • Whether a valid Dynamics 365 Business Central license has been assigned to your account.
  • Whether the license is currently active and not expired.
  • Whether your account has been assigned access to the correct Business Central environment.

If possible, it would also be helpful to confirm whether you can sign in to Business Central from a web browser using the same account. That information may help narrow down whether this is purely a licensing issue or if there is an environment-specific configuration involved.

I hope this points you in the right direction. Please feel free to share any additional details or updates, and I'll be happy to assist further.

For a company account in Microsoft 365 apps on phone or iPad, use these checks first:

    1. Confirm the account type during sign-in If the app detects the wrong account type, select Not Microsoft 365 or manually choose the correct account type. If the account type is unclear, contact the IT administrator.
    2. Make sure the correct account is being used Sign in with the work or school account used for Microsoft 365. Do not use the Apple ID for Office on iPad.
    3. Verify the username and password in a browser Test the same work account in a browser first. If the password does not work there, reset it.
    4. Reset the password if self-service is allowed For a work or school account, use the reset page if the organization allows self-service password reset: Reset password If self-service reset is not allowed, contact the IT administrator.
    5. Update the mobile app If recurring password prompts started recently, install the latest version of Outlook mobile or the Microsoft 365 app.
    6. On iPad, reset the app sign-in state If the issue is on iPad with Office apps:
      • Open Settings on iPad.
      • Select Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
      • Under RESET, tap Reset <app name>.
      • Turn on Delete Login Credentials.
      • Close the app completely, then open it and sign in again.
    7. Check device requirements Make sure the Android phone and iPad meet the current app system requirements shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play listing.
    8. If the organization blocks sign-in from the device Some organizations require the device to meet company policy before sign-in is allowed. In that case, IT support may need to help.

If the error is only in Outlook mobile, and the app shows the wrong server/account type, selecting Not Microsoft 365 or manually choosing the account type is the documented fix.
