We kindly request a manual eligibility review for access to Microsoft 365 Education (A1) for our language school DeutschKreativ GmbH, based in Lienz, Austria.

We are not a state-accredited school, but we fulfill several criteria that place our work clearly in the public education and professional training sector:

We provide German courses for medical staff of the South Tyrolean Health Authority (Sanitätsbetrieb Südtirol).

Our courses prepare professionals for the Zweisprachigkeitsnachweis (Patentino di bilinguismo), which is legally required for public sector employment in South Tyrol.

We are an officially accredited examination center for:

  We are listed as *Scuola di tedesco* in the official **Language Portal of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol**.
```Due to our role in public-sector language training, we kindly ask for a manual review of our eligibility for Microsoft 365 Education. Access to Microsoft Teams and the Office web apps would significantly improve our work with medical institutions and exam candidates.
Thank you very much for your support.
Hello @Massimo Niccolai,
Thank you for the information provided.
May I ask whether you have already created a Microsoft 365 Education trial tenant and completed the academic verification process? According to Microsoft's documentation, eligibility reviews, including any manual academic verification, are handled through the official Microsoft 365 Education verification process and by the academic verification team.
As this community forum does not have access to the academic verification system and cannot perform eligibility reviews, I'm unable to approve or manually assess your organization's eligibility here.
If you already have a tenant and believe your institution requires a manual eligibility review, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly using an admin account: Contact - Microsoft Support
Please let me know whether you have an active tenant and what result you received during the verification process. That information may help point you to the most appropriate support channel.
Best regards.
    Hello Roebe,
    thank you for your detailed explanation.
    I have not created a Microsoft 365 Education trial tenant yet, and therefore I have not completed the academic verification process. I understand now that this is required before any manual eligibility review can take place.
    I will proceed with creating the tenant and starting the academic verification. Once I have completed these steps, I will provide an update on the results.
    Thank you for your guidance.
