Issue with accessing to the Dynamics 365

To determine why you cannot access Dynamics 365, could you please provide the following details?

• What happens when you try to access Dynamics 365? If you receive an error message, please provide the exact error message or a screenshot.
• Which Dynamics 365 application are you trying to access, such as Sales, Customer Service, or Business Central?
• Is the issue affecting only your account, or are other users experiencing the same problem?
• Can you access other Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook or Teams, using the same account?

In the meantime, you can try the following basic troubleshooting steps:

• Open Dynamics 365 in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies.
• Try a different browser or device.
• Please verify with your IT administrator that you have a valid Dynamics 365 or Power Platform license assigned, that you are allowed to access the relevant Power Platform environment (including any configured environment security group), and that you have the appropriate Dataverse or Dynamics 365 security role assigned. Having a Microsoft 365 license alone does not automatically grant access to Dynamics 365 applications. Access also depends on the required Dynamics 365 licensing, environment permissions, and security role assignments.
