I no longer need or want Authenticator Premium. I'm trying to stop paying yearly for things I no longer want.

To stop the yearly charge, cancel the subscription from the Microsoft account that was used to buy it:

    1. Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel or Cancel subscription. In some cases it may show Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation.

If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage or Cancel, the subscription is already set to expire and no further action is required. Access continues until the expiration date, and there should be no automatic renewal charge.

If there is no cancel option:

    1. Check where the subscription was purchased. If it was bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer, cancellation must be done through that provider.
    2. Make sure the correct Microsoft personal account is signed in.
    3. Check whether there is an overdue balance on the payment method, because cancellation is blocked until overdue amounts are paid.
