Timer expired on a ms forms quiz but it seems it didn't submit the answers.

I have no means of confirming with my teacher whether it got submitted or not however according to the ms forms page it seems to have not submitted displaying this message "This form is closed for you.

The form timer has ended. The results weren't submitted on time. You can no longer access the form or submit answers.".

I also checked the send me a receipt of my response but it seems to have not sent any in my outlook further justifying the idea that the results were not submitted.
