I purchased Microsoft 365 Premium and the download has not been completed WHY?

    Did you purchase directly from Microsoft? In that case, you should see your product in your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services .

    If you purchased from a third-party seller, you often get a product key which must be redeemed at https://setup.office.com and then you can install from the associated Microsoft account.
