My organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing failed and Microsoft requested additional official business documents issued within the last 12 months. However, when I open the identity validation in the Azure portal, no document upload field or resubmission action is displayed.
The Azure billing profile has now been updated so that the address matches the current official business documentation. The portal still does not provide a way to upload the requested documents.
How can Microsoft reopen the secure document-upload step, or provide a protected upload link so that I can submit the requested documentation without posting it publicly?
