    I will work with you on this issue. There are no issues related to the one you posted, and the screenshot is pretty helpful.

    In the Windows search, 

    Type cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.

    Execute this command:

    winget install -e --id Microsoft.OneDrive

    Press Y when prompted.
