Unauthorised payment to Microsoft from my bank account

I have a family account which I share between my various endeavours which I pay annually for.

This morning I note a payment of [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] deducted and I receive an email on an email which is one of the endeavours that is using my family share stating that my Microsoft Business Basic subscription has been renewed for that entity. That entity has never had a subscription on its own.

I checked all subscriptions on my main account as well as this "sub" account - nothing refers to another subscription.

I want to be refunded, but cannot get anybody to speak to me. The automated answer is that if I want to change my payment method I must go to aka.ms/pym. That is not helpful at all.
