    Hello,

    1. Did you forget which Microsoft account is linked to your Office Home and Student product?
    2. What do you mean by “not working” here?
    • Do you receive any error message when launching the Office applications, or are you being asked to activate Office?
    • When you sign in with the Microsoft account (you remember), do you see your Office Home and Student license on the Services & subscriptions page here?
