The verification has been stuck for a while and does not complete. Could you please check my account and help resolve this issue?

My school is Madisonville Community College, and I am currently enrolled.

I am trying to claim the College Bundle, but the academic verification step is not working. The verification does not complete and remains stuck instead of confirming my student status.

I am not using my Madisonville Community College email account. I am using the personal Microsoft account that is linked to my laptop. I am a student at Madisonville Community College, but I am unsure if I need to use my school-issued email account for the academic verification process.

I do not receive a specific error message. The verification simply does not complete. I also waited until the next day and tried again in case it was a temporary bug or system issue, but the problem is still happening.

I have attached screenshots of the issue for reference. Please let me know if I need to use my school email account or if there is another way to verify my student status.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. This confirms that you are referring to the academic status verification for The Ultimate College Bundle.

From the screenshot, the Profile Information and Security Check steps have been completed, but the academic verification cannot be processed and displays: “We are sorry, we can not process your request right now. Please try after some time.” This appears to be an issue with the academic status verification process.

Since the offer requires verification of your student status using a valid .edu college email address, please make sure you are entering your college .edu email address during the verification process.
