Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Roger,
I would like to gently clarify that this is a public user-to-user support forum. Moderators and users here do not have access to Microsoft’s support systems, cannot influence call routing or response times, and are unable to make direct calls to users.
If you want a call with a Microsoft support agent, you can reach out to them by:
1/ For business account
You need to create a support ticket to contact Microsoft Support:
- Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support with an administrator account
- Turn off the "Support Assistant" feature.
- Use the keyword "Support" to quickly bypass automated suggestions > Select Contact Support.
- In the ticket description, please clearly describe the issue, including any error messages and the steps you’ve already tried. You can also attach screenshots or screen recordings.
- Additionally, sharing your preferred contact times may help the support team handle the case more efficiently.
If you're an end-user, please refer to this article to contact your IT administrator: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
2/ For Personal Office license
- Use the Microsoft Support contact page > log in to your Microsoft account.
- Enter "agent support" in the search bar and press Enter or click on Get Help.
- Ignore the search results and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom.
- On the next page, select "Microsoft 365 and Office" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm" > "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > enter your email address and click on "Confirm".
- A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and describe the situation to him.
Should you need additional assistance, please feel free to share it in the comments below. I'm very happy to help.
