Title: Azure Artifact Signing organization validation stuck after successful email verification

I have an Azure Artifact Signing Public Organization identity validation for Focus At Will Labs Inc.

The validation has remained “In Progress” for six calendar days. Its details say:

“Please complete your email verification.”

However, I successfully completed the AU10TIX email verification using the one-time code delivered on August 27. There is currently no Action Required link, retry option, additional email, or other action available in the Azure portal.

The Artifact Signing account and Microsoft.CodeSigning provider are provisioned successfully. This appears to be a backend synchronization or validation-state issue rather than an incomplete user action.

Could a Microsoft Artifact Signing moderator please contact me through private messages so that I can provide:

Full Identity Validation ID
Azure Subscription ID
Tenant ID
Artifact Signing account and resource-group details
Verification timestamp and screenshots

Please ask the Artifact Signing / Microsoft.CodeSigning identity-validation team to inspect whether the completed AU10TIX email verification was committed to the organization-validation record.

I do not want to delete or duplicate the existing validation while it remains In Progress.

The email was received and the AU10TIX one-time code was successfully entered within its 10-minute validity period. The verification was not missed, undelivered, or allowed to expire.

The Azure portal nevertheless continues to say “Please complete your email verification,” with no available action. Deleting the existing request would destroy the evidence needed to diagnose what appears to be a backend synchronization failure.

This requires tenant-specific investigation. Could a Microsoft moderator please contact me through private messages so I can provide the full Identity Validation ID, Subscription ID, Tenant ID, verification timestamp, and screenshots to the Artifact Signing validation team?
