Unable to active 365

Please give me a phone number to a real person. Not automated. I subscribed to 365 as my documents are frozen and unable to edit for a week now. I've updated browser, etc. I've tried all chats, steps and prompts to remedy this to no avail. I need this corrected today.

    Please provide some more information so I can provide you with a solution, are you using the Office apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on an Apple Mac computer:

    At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on a Windows device:

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.
