Hi Xiao,
Thank you for sharing the details of your situation and the screenshots.
Based on the information provided, the Stock Images library begins loading in SharePoint but then displays the message “Your search didn’t match any content”, even though no search term was entered. Since Stock Images continues to work in Word, the issue appears to be specific to the SharePoint experience rather than your general access to the Stock Images service.
This behavior may be related to the currently reported Microsoft 365 service incident MO1465074, which includes issues with loading or refreshing portions of SharePoint Online, missing content, partial page failures, and search results not displaying as expected.
In the meantime, here are some workarounds you can try:
- Open Stock Images through Word or PowerPoint, where the library is currently working, and save the required image locally if the available options and licensing terms permit.
- Upload the saved image manually to SharePoint, such as through Site Assets, OneDrive, or the relevant image web part.
- Test SharePoint once in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, or in a different supported browser, to rule out a browser-session issue.
- If the image is needed urgently, use an existing image from your device or another image source approved by your organization, while ensuring that the appropriate copyright and licensing requirements are followed.
You may also ask your organization’s IT administrator to monitor the incident status through:
Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health
Once MO1465074 is marked as resolved, please try loading the Stock Images library in SharePoint again. If the issue continues afterward, your administrator can open a support request with Microsoft Support through the Help & support section of the Microsoft 365 admin center for further investigation.
- In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
I hope the issue is resolved soon. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to share them in the comment below. I'm very happy to help.
