Artifact Signing Individual Public Trust verification stuck - AU10TIX cannot recognize valid US driver's license

I am a U.S.-based individual developer completing Public Trust identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing.

My Individual identity validation is in Action Required. The AU10TIX verification flow repeatedly fails to recognize my valid U.S. driver's license despite many compliant attempts using different lighting, backgrounds, orientation, and capture conditions.

The Artifact Signing account and identity-validation request were created successfully.

Please escalate this to the Artifact Signing individual identity-validation/vetting team. I need to know whether the existing validation can be reset or whether there is an alternate supported verification method.

I can provide my Identity Validation ID, timestamps, screenshots, and diagnostics privately to Microsoft staff. I will not post identity documents or other sensitive information publicly.
