Office 2010 is no longer sold directly by Microsoft, as the product reached its end of support in October 2020.
You could try searching reputable stores or authorized resellers for "dead stock" Office licenses. Some may still have older, unopened, legitimate copies with unused activation keys. Just make sure the seller is reputable and that the key is genuine, unused, and valid for activation before buying.
