    Hi @Melissa Sloan

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Since the Gmail account works in other mail clients and the same behavior began simultaneously in New Outlook and Outlook Mobile, Microsoft Support may need to review the connection logs.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

    Please contact Microsoft Support:

    • Go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
    • Select Show expanded list of products.
    • Select Outlook > Get Home support.
    • Type Outlook live chat, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
    • If you cannot sign in to the affected account, use another Microsoft account to access the support options.
    • Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Outlook, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser.

Provide the INTERACTIONREQUIRED message, Outlook versions, timestamps, and diagnostic details privately. Please do not post the Session ID publicly.

In the meantime, Classic Outlook or the Gmail app can be used as a temporary workaround.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
