Error 00, impossible to use microsoft 365 family

I have just purchased Microsoft 365 Family but it is not possible to use it after downloading because of Error 00. What should I do about it?

    Are you using macOS?

    If so, please inform which version.

    Yes, I am using macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
