    For Azure billing, subscription, invoice, or payment-related questions, the best way to reach the Commercial Billing team is by creating a Billing Support request through the Azure portal. Billing and subscription support is available to all Azure customers and does not require a paid support plan.

    To contact the billing team through the Azure portal:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Navigate to Help + Support.
    3. Select Create a Support Request.
    4. Choose Billing as the issue type.
    5. Complete the required details and submit the request.
