Remove license from a computer that won't boot up

How can I transfer the MS Office Home 2024 license from a computer that won't boot up? I can't log in to uninstall it and I want to install it on my new computer.

Using your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services , install Office on the new PC. For more on activation, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/activation/activate-microsoft-perpetual-products-using-the-product-activation-portal . You may have to contact Microsoft support if the activation portal doesn't work for you (https://support.microsoft.com/contactus ).

Thank you for your response, Stefan. I contacted Microsoft support, and a technician resolved the issue and activated the license on the new computer. The support link was helpful.
