Artifact Signing Organization Identity Validation stuck on Action Required after AU10TIX Verified ID succeeds
I am setting up Azure Artifact Signing Public Trust for a Spanish organization.
The organization identity validation is stuck in Action Required.
The requester identity verification through AU10TIX completed successfully. The AU10TIX Verified ID was issued correctly and is visible in Microsoft Authenticator.
When I open “Complete verification”, scan the “Present your Verified ID” QR code and present/share the credential from Microsoft Authenticator, the browser remains indefinitely on “Processing…” and the Artifact Signing validation stays in Action Required.
I have already confirmed:
- Artifact Signing Identity Verifier role is assigned correctly.
- AU10TIX identity verification succeeded.
- Verified ID exists in Microsoft Authenticator.
- The organization validation request is valid and currently Action Required.
This appears to be a Verified ID presentation/callback synchronization issue between credentials.microsoft.com and Artifact Signing.
Could the Artifact Signing / Identity Validation team please review or reset the Verified ID presentation callback for the existing validation?
I can provide the subscription ID, Artifact Signing account name, Identity Validation ID, timestamps and screenshots privately if required.
I do not want to post personal identity documents or sensitive identifiers publicly.
