As your issue description is primarily written in English, I will provide my response in English for your convenience. Please feel free to let me know if you would prefer the information in another language.

    Hello,

Based on the images provided, it appears that Microsoft Teams is currently unable to detect any audio or video devices, as the Speaker, Microphone, Secondary ringer, and Camera fields are all showing"None". This can prevent Teams from making or receiving calls.

To help isolate the cause, please try the following steps:

1/ Test Teams in a supported web browser

Please sign in to Teams on the web using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and allow the browser to access your microphone and camera when prompted.

2/ Check whether Windows detects your audio devices

    • Open Settings > System > Sound.
    • Verify that a speaker appears under Output and a microphone appears under Input.
    • If the devices are not listed, open Device Manager and expand:
      • Sound, video and game controllers
      • Audio inputs and outputs
    • Ensure that no devices are disabled.
    • In Device Manager, select View > Show hidden devices, then choose Action > Scan for hardware changes.

    3/ Review Windows privacy permissions

Navigate to Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and confirm that the following settings are enabled:

    • Microphone access
    • Let apps access your microphone
    • Microsoft Teams (work or school)
    • Let desktop apps access your microphone

If these options are already enabled, try turning them off and back on, then restart your computer.

You should also review Settings > Privacy & security > Camera and ensure that Microsoft Teams is allowed to access the camera.

    4/ Clear the Teams cache

Please completely exit Microsoft Teams, including closing it from the system tray, then clear the Teams cache and restart your device before opening Teams again.

You can follow the guidance in the Microsoft documentation: Clear the Teams client cache

Hopefully, these steps will help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please let me know whether the audio devices are visible in Windows Sound Settings and whether the same issue occurs when using Teams on the web. This information will help narrow down the root cause.
