Organization/Public Artifact Signing validation failed after the individual AU10TIX/Microsoft Verified ID process was successfully completed. The portal and status email provide no rejection reason and no request for additional documents.

How can I find out which organization attribute could not be validated—legal entity name, business identifier, address, domain ownership, or other public-record mismatch—before I submit another validation request. ?

This organization previously had an Artifact Signing identity-validation attempt under another Azure subscription. Can I check whether an existing organization/primary-email validation record is conflicting with this new request. ?
