My Azure Artifact Signing public identity validation has remained in the In Progress state for more than seven days.
Service: Azure Artifact Signing Resource name: entertainmentsigning Identity validation ID: 53715b37-845d-47fe-a85e-eae303e94a95 Identity type: Public Country/region: United Kingdom Organisation: Entertainments Tonight
The application is a Windows desktop application that needs signing before distribution. I have checked the validation information in the Azure portal and cannot see any missing fields, failed dependencies or actions awaiting completion.
My Basic Azure support plan does not permit me to submit a technical support request. Could someone from the Azure Artifact Signing team please check whether this validation is awaiting manual review or is stuck, and advise what action is required?
