Microsoft Rewards verification for redeeming rewards is not working

I am trying to redeem a roblox gift card but it tells me to verify my account through bing and gives me a qr code. When I scan the qr code it just brings be to the mobile bing homepage. I've tried multiple times but doesnt show any verification codes or anything. i'm just stuck at the homepage. As shown in 1000269916.jpg, the qr code just brings me here. There is a redeem roblox gift card button but that also doesn't work. Please help me with this.
