I have been on hold for over 4 hours after i got a call from microsoft to speak to a technician about my software issue. I have had multiple technicians from 3 parties look at my device and trouble shout for several hours. There is an issue with the operating software. Here is what some of them have said;

"Through extensive testing through various devices, and adjustment on many settings on your device as well primarily with the operating system and devices, we were unable to find a conclusion. The only consistent factor we've found was using the internal speakers to always have the sounds. It's most likely a suppression issue with the system, and since it's happening with external devices across the board, see if Windows can further assist."

I need live help.

    For live help, use Get Help and request a support agent directly:

    1. Open Get Help in Windows, or use Get Help on the web.
    2. Describe the issue.
    3. If self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Select the product or service.
    5. Select the support category and confirm.
    6. Choose a contact method:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
      • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you

    Contact options depend on hours of operation, product, scenario, and subscription.

    If the callback path has already failed, use the chat with a support agent in your web browser option when available.

    For Windows issues, Get Help in Windows also includes troubleshooters that can resolve common problems before escalation.
