Azure Portal single tenant, personal account, MFA not working

I cannot access Azure Portal using my personal account due to the "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" prompt not generating an MFA code, and the other option "Use a verification code" not accepting any of my MFA codes that I have setup for this account.
I have attempted the sign-in helper, I have reset my password in my personal account, and re-setup MFA for logging into things like Office 365. None of this has helped logging into Azure Portal.
Other answers mention attempting to contact MS via phone, asking for the Data Protection team to investigate my issue, but my attempts to contact them have failed. Misdiagnosis of my issue has now essentially locked my out as it doesn't give me the chance to talk about a different issue. This has lead me to believe that MS is now ran by robots.
Someone. Please. Help.

2026-08-28T22:15:42.5366667+00:00 I was able to create a second account under my the generated domain "[REDACTED].onmicrosoft.com" due to the fact my Android device had the Azure app installed, and was still logged in under the first account - great security, unable to login on the web but my phone is fine, not prompted for reauth, even when it has been unused for months - but this hasn't got me far. The second account's permissions are super locked-down and unable to do much, and the mobile app has very basic capabilities for user management.
