Authenticator Circle of Hell

I was able to sign into my account using my password and a backup email address (I believe).

BUT...

I need my authenticator app to sign in to the security section of said account to resolve the issue of my account not linking properly to the authenticator. (the circle begins)

I ALSO can't sign in to my account to post this question to the community because, again, I need the authenticator app. (I'm signed in via a personal account, which connects just fine to the authenticator.)

I also can't sign in to my account when I need to view things someone has sent me because I need my authenticator app to sign in (again).

AND...

When I reach the portion of the sign-in process where I SHOULD be able to use another option for signing in... the other option provided is to use a "code" which then tells me to find said code in my authenticator app.

I don't need my password changed, obviously, as I stated I can sign into my account via the website (even though I can't access many of the features within my account without the authenticator). I need a solution to the authenticator circle of hell I have found myself in.

My level of frustration and anger at this point is beyond... especially when trying to navigate this website, attempting to find a solution or any way to get some actual support. And I swear, if the first response to this post is to contact my administrator for a password change, I might lose my damn mind.
