I cannot access my One Drive on one of my devices. I can on two other devices (laptops) but not my front-line device. How do i get this fixed ASAP. Can I speak to a representative.

    Hi @Michael Brennan

When you mention your "front-line device," do you mean your personal work device or a company-managed device?

Since OneDrive is accessible from your other devices, this could be an issue specific to that device. Could you please let me know:

    • The device type (Windows PC, Mac, mobile device, etc.)
    • Whether you're using the OneDrive desktop app or accessing OneDrive through a web browser?
    • You also said cannot access, means that you cannot sign in right? Do you see any error message or error code? If yes, please provide it.

In the meantime, you can try Reset OneDrive then try signing in again.

If you need immediate assistance from Microsoft Support, first, please contact your organization's IT admin. They can help you or open a support ticket with Microsoft Support if necessary.

I look forward for your response.
