I cleared all the caches, checked the internet connection, reset Onedrive, deleted Onedrive and then reinstalled it, and nothing works. They refuse to sync Onedrive to my computer.

    Hi @Monroe Vada

Since you have already tried most of the basic troubleshooting steps, I'd like to gather a bit more information.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Are you able to access your files normally through OneDrive on the web?
    • Do you see any error message or error code you receive when trying to set up or sync OneDrive on your computer? If yes ,please provide it.
    • Does the issue occur during sign-in, while adding the account, or after the account has already been added but no syncing?

You can try one more step is unlink the PC, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/unlink-and-re-link-onedrive. Afterwards, try to sync again.

Since reset and reinstall were already tried, the next supported steps are:

    1. Manually restart OneDrive after reset
      • Open Start.
      • Type OneDrive.
      • Open the OneDrive desktop app.
      • A reset does not always relaunch it automatically.
    2. Expect a full resync after reset or reinstall
      • Resetting or reinstalling OneDrive resets all OneDrive settings.
      • OneDrive performs a full sync afterward, which can take time.
      • Files are not lost by resetting or uninstalling OneDrive, but sync connections are disconnected and must be set up again.
    3. Re-select folders if only some folders were synced before
      • If selective sync was configured before, those folder choices must be set again after reset or reinstall.
      • This also applies to OneDrive for work or school.
    4. If many sync errors continue, stop syncing and sync again
      • For a large number of errors, disconnect the library and sync it again to get fresh data.
      • This does not delete files from the previously synced folder or from the library.
      • If syncing again to a new folder, the old folder may need to be renamed first so the expected folder name is available.
      • Do not rename the synced folder after sync is established, because that breaks the sync relationship.
    5. Check that the library is allowed to sync
      • In the SharePoint library, go to Library Settings > Advanced Settings.
      • Confirm Offline Client Availability is set to Yes.
    6. Confirm the correct work or school credentials are being used
      • Sign in to the SharePoint Online site associated with the library.
      • Use the credentials associated with that library, typically Microsoft 365 credentials.
      • Select Keep me signed in.
    7. If files or folders only appear stuck on “syncing” in File Explorer
      • Refresh File Explorer.
      • If the issue is caused by the cached search index, rebuild the Windows Search index:
        • Start > type Indexing > Indexing Options
        • Advanced > Rebuild
      • This can take some time.
    8. If the issue is specific to error code 0x80070194
      • Reset OneDrive again using:
        • %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
        • If Windows cannot find it, use:
          • C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
          • C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
      • Then start OneDrive from Start.
