Hi @Manoharan, Sindhuja [SVCS]
1. Verify your Copilot version
Open Copilot → bottom-left → check if you’re on the latest build.
If not, update the app.
2. Try the web version
Go to: https://copilot.microsoft.com
Some users report the Schedule Prompt option still appears on web even when missing in desktop.
3. Try the Windows Copilot sidebar
Press Win + C Check if the Schedule Prompt option appears there.
4. Check if your scheduled prompt is still editable
Send this message inside Copilot:
Show my scheduled prompts
If the backend is still active, it will return your existing schedule even if the UI button is missing.
Thanks.
