Azure Artifact Signing organization identity validation failed without rejection reason – German sole proprietorship

Hello Microsoft Artifact Signing team,

My Public Trust organization identity validation has failed, but the Azure portal does not display a rejection reason or any corrective action.

The organization is a German sole proprietorship and is therefore legally represented under the proprietor's personal name. The portal accepted the uploaded document but later changed the validation status to Failed without explaining whether the document type, organization record, email verification, billing-account type, or another detail caused the rejection.

Our Azure subscription has only the Basic support plan. The Azure support workflow correctly selects "Trusted Signing – Preview → Identity Validation – Organization → Validation Failed," but then prevents creation of a technical support request.

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this request to the Artifact Signing Identity Validation/Vetting team and:

1. Review the backend rejection reason for this validation ID.
2. Confirm whether a German Gewerbeanmeldung should be used instead of the "Bescheinigung in Steuersachen."
3. Confirm the correct requirements for a German sole proprietorship without a commercial-register entry.
4. Reset the failed validation if necessary so that one corrected request can be submitted.
