Artifact Signing: is a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) eligible for Organization identity validation?

I am preparing to use Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing) to sign a Windows desktop application distributed outside the Microsoft Store.

My situation:

• Country: France (European Union).
• Legal form: sole proprietorship — "entreprise individuelle", micro-entreprise tax regime. In France this IS a registered business: it has a SIREN business identifier, is listed in the Registre National des Entreprises (RNE) and in the public INSEE/SIRENE database, and I can provide an official registration extract.
• It is not an incorporated company: no share capital, and no legal personality separate from me as a natural person.
• The business was registered in 2026, so it is recent.
• I own the domain used for the product website and for my business email address, so I can provide a primary email on a domain owned by the business.

The prerequisites state that Public Trust certificates are available to organizations in the European Union, and that individual developers must be located in the United States or Canada.

My questions:

1. Does a French "entreprise individuelle / micro-entreprise" qualify as an "organization" for Organization identity validation, given that it has a SIREN business identifier and a public registration record?
2. Is there a minimum age, or a minimum verifiable tax or trading history, for Organization identity validation? I have seen "three or more years" mentioned in community answers, but I cannot find it in the official prerequisites.
3. If a French sole proprietorship is not eligible, is there any supported path for me, or should I plan for a traditional OV code signing certificate from a commercial CA instead?

I would like to confirm eligibility before creating a paid Azure subscription.
